What's going on with the timeline? In season 2, a time remnant of Thawne showed up, so is there going to be time remnants of the flash appearing?

The funny thing about Nathan is that when his darkmatter senses are developed enough, he could just casually run around the whole city and find all the meta-humans he doesn't know about.
