Although I didn't fully understand what you meant, but yes, it's crucial for Nathan to not know of Thwane's plans or identity until it is. And there is nothing between Caitlin and Nathan, nor will there ever be; remember, Ronnie is alive and well.And Zoom and others, I haven't fully planned on how the story will go when it reaches that point.

it's not that I haven't thought of this, but if he were to have the knowledge of this world, the whole story would end in no more than 10-20 chapters. Imagine knowing about Thwane, DeVoe, all way to the Anti-Monitor Crisis. I mean that would take away most of the mystery elements and story would come out total bland. It would have been another thing, if I wanted to write a smutty harem fiction, but I'm not.

The thing with the DC or Marvel is that there characters have an overall limitless potential. Be it the Superman, Green Arrow, Raven or even Flash. The fact that he has access to speedforce, which is basically an infinite battery that exists beyond time and space, Flash has remained one of The most powerful beings in the entire comic book series. The problem in the TV series is that they needed the episodes to be 40 mins long, so each episode Barry is struggling. Otherwise him being as fast as he is, he could single-handedly capture all the metas except other Speedsters in no time at all. The inconsistency is so jarring that most of the time I would just read Chinese, Xianxia themed novels due to their Clear cut power system. Otherwise Barry is powerful enough to generate Speedforce as it's Avatar. In fact he doesn't even need an active connection to speedforce as it exists beyond spacetime continuum. It's what it is though, can't do anything about that.Also thanks for valuable response, please keep pointing out things like this, it is imperative that I find any mistake I might make before ruining the whole plot line.I am open to suggestions.

nice questions, two things first him able to sense speedforce in Barry's body was due to him consciously putting in effort to sense it. Second Wells is sort of drained of that speed force right now, the reason why when he shook hands with Nathan in the hospital the later felt nothing as there was nothing. However now that Wells has a battery plugin, it won't remain that way for long.And one last thing; while he does absorb energy, most of it is done subconsciously, there is no active part from Nathan in it. Meaning he can't absorb energy, yet. Hope that clears some of the things, but you are free to ask if you find any curious. Also I am pretty open to suggestions, so do give me some pointers if I forget something
