Columns for your supporters should be fine. The previous set up created the illusion of a long chapter due to the scroll wheel which probably upset some. I do have a question though. Is the primary setting for your story going to be in Sothoryos, a land we know very little about from GOT/ASOIAF or just the initial entry point? Also from what I remember from Canon Lore of GOT Sothoryos is supposed to be at least as long as Essos is wide and primarily jungle. Though you have him in a dessert so am I safe to assume you are making Sothoryos similar to the continent Africa in size and biome diversity then?
