For all we know Amari could be from some type of civilization like Kriptonian and just want to be Left alone in peace. But one that is actually Smart and know how to use those stuff well instead of the human raise Kriptonian. That has show he has access to his whole resources that is better that anything they have and they are messing with him? Are they stupid he went to the backwater planeta that nobody care so he can be in peace , the same backwater planet that can be his playgorund if he want it and worse part he can Left anytime he wants all while slaughtering averything in his path as a worst case and You want to make him an enemy.....
