You know if he hunted vampires everyday til canon and even before canon. Every vampire in existence would be dead. Kinda like what the last witch hunter said in his movie. “Here’s what you don’t understand, what your kind never understood. I’ve shown mercy. I could have killed every last one of you, I’ve done the math, I’ve had the time.” He could have forced any vampire he showed mercy to, to follow his rules or be destroyed. Essentially becoming the volutri leader or equivalent.
