Good Job with the Underworld, especially the Tree of Knowledge, I has the same idea of storing all the Knowledge that enters the Underworld. Regardless I would like to update my idea for the armor and Helm of Darkness as I'm the opinion that a cool, powerfull and versatile armor that can grow with him is a must. A combination of Incursio (but base Form Helm of Darkness with Evolution capability that turns into full armor on command), SCP 5000 (Invisibility/Stealth and advanced technology) maybe a God Cloth (for insane durability so he doesn't have to evolve the armor to it and making it bound only to him by adding his blood). The only thing missing would be intangability and he would be truly none existent when wearing the Helm and armor.
All this talk abouts souls had me thinking about the Sea of Souls from persona where everyone be they god or man exists as humanity perceives them so there may be copies of gods and goddesses with different personalities and power levels from their original counterparts. There may even be gods and demons simply created from the thoughts of mankind if he were to create the sea of souls it really would help to further solidify his authority
