I k ow it late but I still think silva should either avoid tenrou Island or be the only remaining person on the island. If he doesn't go to the island than he can just train during the seven years. If he is the only remaining member that means that everybody can get there powerups and silva gets surrounded in time energy and breaks out using time magic.
