Okay, you're saying that a person who jumps into the air to escape when the elevator is falling is smart, studying. this is just silly.

They wouldnât test Shuriken skills as part of the admission test. While some clan kids would be able to pass, 90% of them wouldnât do well and 100% of civilians wouldnât be able to do it. They would never have a spar without first showing them proper taijutsu forms.
There's the academy then there's the Ninja academy, the first is where four to six year olds attend normal schooling, then the later is where 7 through 13 year olds start ninja training because 7 is the proper period for kids to start any type of harsh training for the body to still grow healthy and for them to have their mental functions working properly.
