I dont like quest systems in fanfics. They reduce the free will aspect of the main character. But since this is a elder scrolls fanfic, I will give this quest system a shot because he said the rewards are balanced. I hope quest system doesn't become plot armor for mc

I tend to ask this question quite a bit on Skyrim fics, mostly out of curiosity. Could the mc awaken CHIM? Or would that be a no since their soul is foreign and not from Tamriel?
