Akashic Record is meant to be even more than an Ultimate Skill. It’s THE origin skill. It’s not just some Lord of Wisdom Raphael wannabe. This one would either be a fake, or a heavily restrained version of it.

Wasn’t AR a skill on the same level as Milim’s Magicule Reactor? I think it’s a lot more than a unique skill at that point.
