Hmm... Marines are not really match for ninjas. Even Chuunin/genin can walk on water, trees, use some common jutsu, has superhuman strength and has some covert ability due to jutsu. Unless mc can include ninja techniques on marine training, it's going to be quite useless. Some marines are strong for sure, but those are the elites.
