Oh my gosh! Dante, you made me giggle like I was in highschool all over again lol I was holding my breath the entire time!!! And oh no! Will King Maxwell take Anna as his concubine as she resembles Marianne who was the love of his life?!? And I am relieved to know that he did love Marianne. This is so sad.
Dante oh Dante you are jealous of any man who comes near Anna!!!! And that bite!!! Oh so steamy lol and your smirk when you noticed your mark on her neck hehe poor Anna is tangled in Dante web of seduction!! I do believe Marianna was Maxwell soulmate!!!! But whatever is going through Queen Maya head kept Maxwell from Marianna(she possibly killed her too). And now Anna has caught Maxwell attention since she looking like Marianna. The plot is thickening and get oh so juicy!!!!
So many thoughts. From this chapter it looks like Dante’s Crux is healing well because he’s starting to feel more for Anna. I really wish it would hurry along though so that he knows the truth. I feel bad for Maxwell. It seems that his mother is behind everything and is power hungry. He did love Marianne but I don’t think they were soulmates. They said they can feel their soulmates at 18 and Mary was older than Anna so she would have felt it years ago. Also, it would have been really hard for Maxwell to turn his back on Mary. But it’s still good to know that he loved her. As expected, Evin is not his soulmate which makes sense. I wouldn’t be surprised is Maya is responsible for Dante’s mother’s sickness. She probably did something to hear to gain the previous king’s favor. Dante please please please claim your girl before more craziness takes place!!
Oh heck! This isn’t good. He may try to take Anna as his in Marianne’s stead. Dante will go ham! I was wondering why Dante was able to beat Max and why he was longingly looking at the Paradise towers! Now we know, Evin wasn’t his soul mate, he doesn’t have his crux. Those sheisters lied to get him on the throne! Dirty little mo fo’s!
phew, I need a cold shower after that one. When Dante said, "What are you doing to me?" I about died. I'm still suspicious of Gabriel, but now that he's on Dante's radar, I'm sure he'll keep an eye on him. I had a suspicion that Maxwell's soul mate was a hoax. I can't wait for Maya and her little snake of a daughter to get their karma. At least we know Maxwell did care about Marianne, he's just a spineless puppet for his mommy. I just hope he's not gonna shift his attention to Anna because that will certainly escalate things between the brothers.
