I thought it was illegal to make money off of someone else's intellectual property? but I keep seeing lost of authors doing it? isn't it considered fraudulent or something? can anyone let me know?

The story was really good till he the end of the capital arc, now i thinks he should travel different places maybe even Esos a bit till cannon time. Also i think mc falling for a commoner girl damages the story as there is so much more paths to take if he stays like single (like a chad). As for helping the ppl it would be better if he travels to different places and teaches some ppl and they move on to a different place. It can be like a timeskip where we read about his adventure breifly and then we see him at cannon start.

What is left for him to discover? The old Valyria, The white walkers, The 3 eyed raven, The children of the forest, Maybe a super kraken the so called drown god, The faceless man, Mabey be some secrets back with the maesters, There is the "Asia" like part of that world too, and i think thats it? He already have the dragon making stuff, blood magic and fire magic, maybe make a vivisection on the red priestess, but yeah, now the goals are clear.
