Speculation is Harri being too naive or more excessively kind than usual for the Avatar drivers trying to unsuccessfully experiment on World tree? Well looking at this way Avatar navi Harri might still be feeling some lingering human sentiment for his former life, but after leaning more way of Water by Sukal and getting in tune with Pandora world itself as he becomes closer to a native Navi with each experience. As he meet Ra Sar again and learned Ra's been telling stories about him( Ahh shucks Ra Sar, He 's not Superman ) . Although navi Harri got rest of the story by the world tree like a livestream movie film as he understood it almost sacrilegious to the navi culture. As Harri convinced the tribe to spare the group for now. My best speculation guess is Harri being Avatar go between will give a very stern warning to seriously consider that they didn't nearly escape with their lives and if they should show up again Harri will probably kill them or let the angry navi tribe handle them permanently once and for all.
