Bro even though your story is good but it's kind a too much bro like having so many innocent deaths even though there can be casualties when there is a problem that has been caused due some huge unnatural events but here he knows the SCP's and their information and still he released them and he didn't even try to capture the SCP which may cause and which can cause innocent deaths while he may use the other one which you can use for the hunts like that but the other one causes too many deaths like it won't even live children which is the sad part of your story
