Much better after the retcon. Things happen in a natural way, and don't skip from one to the next. Also, Evelyn doesn't seem as bad now, nor are things so serious and malicious from her end. I wonder if they will become so in the future, tho i doubt it. Didn't expect for the full merger to happen right away, but now MC will have a lot of food. And finally, he will gather all his girls in one place. Hopefully Veronica and Alice will be there already, since Astra may take them somewhere else.. Perhaps not. You must have gotten some heat for the Evelyn reveal. Now it was just hinted at it, with a pending conversation in the future i guess, still better than the full blown reveal of her true face. Can't wait for next chapter.
