I like it a lot, maybe not so much antagonizing the demons so much, don't get me wrong I like it but I think it could be more cunning (for my taste), the swords are great and very useful, the sacred gears "feed and grow" no only with strength but with will, you could try to use that and make it mutate, be able to do more than swords (armors like erza, bows and sword-arrows of emiya). something that I'm not sure if you know but when kiba confronts valper he gives him a crystal with the "soul" of his friends and one of them had a sacred gear blade blacksmith who gives him as a gift. just because you didn't know

When they go to Japan he could take koneko’s hair pin that has all the info of the super devil project and take it to Yasaka to join the Yokai faction. He could also make a sword which changes his race, sever the evil piece from him safely, or combines races together with no downsides. Just ideas

This is rather a darker side of DxD. So judging from this novel to the actual light novel. The Gremorys purposely left Rias servants weak because she doesn’t train. But Issei changed that.

actually you could try to join indian mythology faction and the devils can only grind their teeth, and if you're going to join them and need advice about how to join them, i will tell you a way

can you create a sword that absorb powers and one that creates armor and before someone says that doesnt make sene this is an anime nothinh make sense

Just curious but will he have some character growth? Ill still read if not cuz its a interesting take on a character but just wondering.(Also by character growth I dont mean him magically going full devil simp mode)
