Outlier
While I get the whole 'not my real dad' thing, they still had a good relationship. This could of been an opportunity to develop the character more, by having him shocked at how the death affected him. Instead the focus was on the step-mom in this weird edgelord power trip. Really like the world building but the MC lacks depth, just feels like a typical shallow power-fantasy character.
Was skeptical about this novel but gave it a chance. This chapter is my best so far. A breath of fresh air to see a Naruto fic where the MC suddenly forgets their real parents and acknowledges strangers who aren’t one. You will lose readers, yes. But you will also gain readers…example here. I just pray this MC doesn’t suddenly deviate from his goal and completely lose his rationality. Good work
thanks for the chapter man and this, I like this development much better. Like Mc wasn't like this when he first arrived, but this world, it has changed him for better it seems, he is doing what is best for his survival and it was clearly stated that he doesn't have much attachment to his new body's father, so idk why people would be upset. have my power stones for keeping it realistic.
It really did feel edgelordy. Personally when someone I wasn't too close with died I remember feeling somewhat amused about the whole situation. A little surprised and out of place. Personally I think most people would be given a third of inheritance away, simply because of rumors spreading about being a cheapskate. Also gives them an excuse to leave the house, or he could move out instead. The way he handled it was really immature and unprofessional.
