So far I guess you tried to make some of Accelerator in MHA world, with both his power and personality. When it comes to power, so far so good but don't forget about his weakness. Then for personality, the Accelerator from toaru would not kill aimlessly, he isn't interested in killing innocents much less people who doesn't bother him. He only wanted to become stronger so no one would control him, he isn't actively looking for a fight even though he is quite the battle junkie. And after his fight against Touma and Misaka he became a real softie.
