I am actually starting to live this lily potter..

I mean taking vengeance on helpless muggles is not really going to send message to anyone. Now that Harry is wizard, they couldn't do anything to him anyways. Not that I disagree with payback as long as he doesn't go excessive with it. That said, vengeance doesn't really work, vengeance will just make you more enemies, or existing enemies even more so. What does work is demonstrating power and standing your ground against bullies. Overall, it has been demonstrated time and time against during history that mercy works much better than vengeance. It's immature short term solution.

While she tried to reflect on her changes she can't view them objectively anymore. Her view being colored by those very changes.

Her changes are not all bad, though it is a bit sad to see her spiral into someone so vindictive. Not 'everything' needs to be payed with blood and making an example out of everyone who crosses you. Sounds like with even the smallest slights against Harry, she is willing to react extremely to.
