Robar can be allowed to tame Silverwing or another dragon, when his brother Andar is already married and has a son Royce. By then he will no longer be the spare, and can also be a Targaryen and a dragon rider. I observed that readers at webnovel really don't care about politics, when ASOIAF is a political drama... They just want MC to go YOLO and do whatever he wants, not even thinking the repercussions of his actions, like the typical power fantasy MC.

I think the MC is being to passive I get he wants peace but he needs to say screw what everyone else wants and make sure he and his prosper despite what anyone says. give his children dragons I say start his own hatching place and rival anything dragonstone or the other targaryens have

My only issue honestly is that the daughter gets a dragon. Targaryen women have only gotten dragons IF they marry there brother. Of course it was different with Rhaenys and Rhaenyra but at the time they were both considered heirs but there respective fathers but the majority of the Targaryen women didn’t get a dragon unless they married a brother. Some examples. Viserra, saera, maegelle all were not dragon riders because they were women and the old king Jaehaerys wouldn’t let them since they would marry outside of the house. So at this point you could honestly just give your sons the dragon eggs since your daughter has one.

I hope they atleast let Robar be Silverwing's rider... Poor Robar, I bet he'd be a great dragonrider...
