Comments of chapter undefined of Herald of Steel

Im not a fan of this kind of start. A bunch of names are thrown around, and I have 0 reason to care about any of them. I pretty much skipped, or at best skimmed these chapters. I identified teh intented main character, and compeltely disregarded everything else. I dont care about Huxalamapsimus, the Arch-Elder of the Stackenblocken.

This entire first battle just seemed forced and like total non sense for no reason. I mean the main character isnt even in more than like 2 chapters of the first few. Him being a slave is also pointless and just lazy explaination/backstory.

So far as I had read 10 chapters. The story seems alike with another novel named "Mediterranean Hegemon of Ancient Greece". is this considered Plagrialism?

Is this story the author's take on Alexander the Great? As young Alexander was taught by Aristotle...

Is just me or did else just figure out which side Alex was on

This defeat seemed a little too forced to me. A LOT of things had to go wrong for it to happen and it all conveniently happened one after the other out of nowhere.
