He knows what happens but still lets carl get shot? hes a kid and his nephew honestly he doesnt seem to care about anybody.

He should help rick take the prison with only two of his guys helping or something so Rick group would be the one handling most of the killing so he’ group gets more experience dealing with walkers

the MC should already start introducing melee weapons for fighting zombies (spear, bow and arrow) and leave the weapons to deal with humans and critical situations, unless he plans to maintain an ammo factory which will need a lot manpower and resources.
