Comments of chapter undefined of One Piece : Kingdom Building System

now that i think about it, in cannon, after luffy finished the destrosa arc, the people there probably starved to death, king Riku III was a horrible administrator, his kingdom was dying and after luffy finished doflamingo they lost their main source of income and a vast amount of their work force, not to mention that the tontaka tribe, the entire tribe, they became pirates... like, they were the only ones able to produce enough food for the people from destrosa to not starve to death, woah, and Riku still has to pay the same ammount of tribute to the world gov as dofla used to pay... yeah, the end of the destrosa arc was horrible for the common people.
