Drink plenty of Gatorade or Sprite or water or even all three keep warm even if ur hot. a cold wet towel on ur forehead can help take tylenol or ibuprofen for fevers get plenty of rest. I find very dark rooms help as well u now for sleep well sick so maybe try that
