Ok Guys let's theorize, project: Chimera ist very likely gonna be some Cyborg like augmentations like Human Hybrid Ai Cyborg or atleast a Techno enhantsment. So the reason it is called Chimera is becuse Ackerson only did Chemical enhantsment so no Tech insider the Spartan III's
