I was doubtful, I know it has nothing to do with it but... Goku even knows how Gohan was born? I understand that she is so innocent that she didn't know what getting married was and she never kissed milk. So how was Gohan born? I doubt that Goku had relations with milk at least consciously. Is it possible that chichi had sexually abused Goku while he was sleeping? And tell Goku that Gohan was born because a bird brought him in a bag? Being Goku I don't doubt that he believes that.

This thing about Goku not knowing is part of the Flanderization he suffered in Dragon Ball Super, Goku from Dragon Ball Z certainly knew.
