He should stop wasting his time co-directing. It seems like he’s spending the same amount of time devoted to those projects when he co-directs. Why bother? He’s also splitting credit with someone else when it’s successful. There’s a reason there have been very few co-directors in history. It would be one thing if it were a tv series and he had someone take over some of the episodes, but why devote identical amount of time to a project and split the credit? He also does dumb things by giving away great projects to others.
