Chaotic good you don’t want to stray to far from the premise of the story which is a smart naruto. Once he realizes what he is, who he is, and his parents sacrifice he should still hold love for konoha and once he finds out about danzo the other elders and hiruzen manipulations he’ll realize that the civilians were just acting on ingorance and were manipulated and he should want to become hokage even more to set the village on the right path and get ride of the corruption that is staining the village and everything his parents fought for.
IF it was up to me he would kind of transit between True neutral and chaotic neutral for general outlook as in unknown/new people and people that while don't do him harm also don't do him good, chaotic good for people close to him or anyone good to him and neutral evil towards people he has a negative relation.
