I’d be willing to bet that this is the return of our 3 fingered scavenger friend. He’s pretty cunning; always attacking when sunny is dangerously low on essence and spent from a long fight. I wonder how much he’s grown this time … My theory is that 1. the scavenger took on some shadow attributes when he took a bite out of Sunny the last time and 2. He’s Sunny’s next echo. I guess we’ll find out soon!

Not sure of Luster's lucky charm saved or killed him here. Also I have a feeling that by killing the scavenger, Sunny's core will saturate and he's gonna get hit by the explosion.

I think it is likely that Sunny stays behind to face the scavenger and with the essence of the shadows he becomes a tyrant, and uses the five shadows to survive the explosion. Or the scavenger will flee immediately and not face it now one of two.
