Guiltythree
Is there anything preventing someone (Sunny, for instance) from giving a Sleeper a Memory once they enter their First Nightmare? We know from Sunny that they can gain Memories. We've also seen that giving someone a Memory seems to only require physical contact and the will of the SENDER...there didn't seem to be any need or option for the receiver to accept or decline the Memory. Could Sunny watch over Rain during her First Nightmare, and give her a Memory or two (or 10) once she enters the Nightmare? It never said that their consciousness needs to be in the same location.
Also to get a memory you need to have killed something to receive it as you said about Sunny receiving the Silver Bell. He killed the human guard or put him out of his misery to be fair. And to transfer one has to be at least awakened, which doesn't happen until after the first nightmare. So Rain in this training is ahead of the pack, which may or may not help her, depending on her mind assessing abilities to figure things out. Which should also be part of her training.
Sevnir:You don't need give consent to receive a Memory. Read back to when Nephis gave Sunny the keys at the start of the siege of the crimson spire. Also, you can receive Memories during your First Nightmare. Sunny got the Silver Bell at the beginning of his First Nightmare. Neither of your arguments have any basis in the book.
