What's with the saturation of the soul core? What would happen if changing Star has her3 to Seven cores, how big of an improvement would she get in comparison to Sunny or would she loose that ability when she advances further, whereas sunny will get stronger improvement the further he advances in comparison to Nephis?

I believe I saw the author say somewhere that the user's flaw applies whenever any ability is used if it's activated, like Neph's. So, I think it's just the one flaw.

I forgot how do they progress in rank after the first awakening. Do they ascend in rank after training and killing after a while or do they have to go in another nightmare tobecome higher rank? I remember a thing about conquering first, second and so on nightmares but how does that work? A bunch of people in the same rank go in another thing like they were when they were sleepers? Is it compulsory or can you just stay in the same rank forever?
