B. Shinji doesn't know her long enough to get involved too deep in her affairs. Especially since he's already shown suspicion in regards to her and she hasn't done anything yet that would warrant helping her at all cost. Besides, he has his eyes set on a clear and fairly ambitious goal, so it would feel bad (in my humble opinion) if he got sidetracked by a girl and her troubles this early on in the story. I would even go as far as to say that I would use her death later on as a catalyst that would force Shinji to undergo a drastic change. But that's just me.
I choose "b", I personally want to follow the orochimaru route, not yet and time for shinji to find out that she is a spy, because shinji still has no ambition to follow orochimaru, only after examination chunnin, shinji will have reasons to go after orochimaru, so if he knows that she is a spy now, he will want to save her, and not and what I want, he has to find out only when he has ambition to follow orochimaru.
B because few reasons actually, It's better to solidify what we chose last chapter than to ruin it this Chapter In Sayuri's pov She just wanted shinji to be selfish so she doesn't become too close to shinji but yet a simple act of sharing lunch box already made her sway so much, so what if he says something so directly which impacts more deeply than an act of sharing lunch?Since shinji will actually mean it, she will feel it more Some may argue we need to be ruthless and cruel and etc, I will just ask what's the point of being such to his own teammates who will have his back in many missions and may even save his life when he is stuck or is exhausted in a battle? It's up to you vote, I am just going for this because it would be wasteful of the previous chapter and also this might give us a social skill which might open up paths to "Poker face", "Trading" "Talk no jutsu" etc many social skills which will help him in the future when he needs to gather information also to hide his true identity if needed, also to read other people more clearly so we can detect lies and other such things basically social skills aren't just interacting with others but also other branches of such skills also it will solidly the previous chapter's vote and may earn sayuri as a complete ally than hesitating
D i think if we said B she wil not talk, thinking maybe that we can't do anything and/or that we will get hurt so she don't say nothing. D is a better version C we know she is hiding thing and that she wasn't lying when she said the person she was sold consider her a tool. we aren't forcing her to talk, but let know we know she is hiding thing and we want to help but can't if she don't talk?
