Tbh I would be surprised if gardevoir would not be able to OHKO rest of Gary's pokemon.Gardevoir with already humongous 125 Sp.attack and 115 Sp.defence along with Max boosted calm mind (and diverse move pool)can easily neglect minor level differences

I think u should verify emilia power level because according to echidna... Emilia (as a child)power was greater than Pandora in terms of pure power... The only reason emilia isn't powerful at the moment because of mana unstabilty causd due to her being in sealed state(and sealed memories) for many years... FYI Pandora has the power to rewrite reality
