I hope Maxi and Princess Agnes get through this and become close friends! I think Maxi needs a friend who is also a noble lady, for more perspective as she grows out of her sheltered past!

Riftan is behaving like that because he is worried. However, that does not mean you should diminish your own efforts. Give yourself a pat on the back Maxi.

Riftan cannot appreciate Maximilian's effort because he wanted her to be safe...but Maximilian is persistent on showing and proving her talents and efforts...I'm glad the princess appreciated maxi's effort😊

I'm banking on the Princess being right about Riftan (reluctantly) coming around now that Maxi has had the opportunity to use her abilities in a real disaster. There's no way he can ignore the lives saved by Maxi's efforts. A second permanent mage with the ability to heal is big value.

now she knows her capability. i think this princess agnes is two faced . she is the kind that you should be wary of at all times

if maxi could get over her shyness, insecurities, and jealousy I think her and the princess would make great friends. I also wonder if maxi's father or sister will make an appearance in later chapters so she can show off how much stronger and better off she is now.

I hope Agnes becomes a great assistance to helping Maxi with magic. I’m excited to see their friendship grow. Agnes is a princess, and used to being large and in charge, and a sorceress to boot. I think she’s a bit of a spoiled princess, but not a bad person and could really help Maxi grow.
