He could have asked for one s class jutsu for each village -somehting like nlack lightning jutsu or rakaiges armour -sunas puppetry used by chiyo -third mizukages water barrier -iwas explosion jutsu or clay jutsu. Money is definetly a form of power, with it you can buy resources, time and people. Showing of his projectors and other advanced technologies puts boruto on the map for assassination attmepts when in missions but also envy of other villages. Look what happened to uzu despite their personal strength they still perished. Good luck
