If we're talking powers from games, a bit off the wall, but what about the power of one of the Six Heroes from Brave Frontier? Each one was a prolific warrior, with godlike power over their element later in life. Vargas, the knight, wielded fire. Selena, the princess, wielded ice/water. Lance, the noble, wielded nature/earth. Eze, the freedman, wielded lightning. Atro, the paladin, wielded light. Magress, the cavalier, wielded darkness. Each of them are great options, and cover the bases of martial prowess, elemental strength, and easily scalable (if you use the star rarity to decide). Plus, each one had a legendary weapon associated with them, so you could even pull a Thor and have your own version of Mjolnir.
