Dude stick to one tense stop randomly going between past and present tense. Also, is this book in second person? If so, you still need “he said” etc after dialogue, I recommend using the 3rd person.

The guy was on his phone then a sudden flash and he lost consciousness ...why would he assume he died ? also the entire chapter is just an info dump

I am assuming there is something unique about the technique. Must be some hidden benefit if it has half the ordinary techniques efficacy. Wonder where the rest of its potential lies though.

This is a good story.. but you keep mentioning every small thing step by step over and over again.. something "..like this he feel thirsty he then go to the fridge to look for some water he arrived at the fridge he open the fridge and look inside and see many stuff include leftovers food from last night or maybe this morning leftovers foods it took him a while to find the water the fridge got two option of water the one in the jug and the one in plastic bottle he choose the one in plastic bottle he take the bottle open it up and drink it little by little until he finished it all and then he is not thirsty anymore.
