This was the most frustrating chapter of any book that I've read in a very long time

This story feels nothing like RotMW and that’s not a good thing. So many good building blocks from that story could also apply here yet this story has been filled with mainly nothing but suffering, stupidity, and set back after setback over and over for almost 300 chapters now. There is a romance but there’s literally been basically zero reciprocated romance outside of one chapter out of hundreds so far. Considering how good the MC, power progression, and romance was in RotMW it is a shame this story hasn’t been anywhere near what it was in that story so far. I really hope the story quotes kicking the MC in the proverbial nuts.

sadly I bought in batch. I was hoping for a turn around but I can't anymore. beautiful world building and explaining but the habit to repeat and explain more than the progressions is why I will be dripping this at 338. that's my final. I do wish you well and I pray for a honest turn around. know it may not seem like much from a random person but I will leave my thoughts there when I get to it. take care Author.

Ryu relies on a lot of plot armor. Can anyone tell me if he will have to start cultivating again? If so, I'll stop reading here, just to start it was 58 chapters, I don't know if I can stand to start all over again.
