mc should try to catch a mawile, it's a good choice. she have a pretty good type and sub type(steel/fairy) and her mega evolution together with its ability and having the move 'play rough'(fairy type) is pretty much one shot kill to dragons

Why in auxiliary "modifiers genetic and otherwise" chapter there's no mention of modifiers of descendants of blessed pokemon which are mentioned in this chapter?
