I personally like the original Tsuna and Deku. But in this story I will try to make things different. He will still keep the original family, but some things will be different, mainly because this is a Quirk world and not a Mafia world. I will still try to introduce the flames, but it will be from a different source. And about the primo and the vangola, it will be different. I will try to explain in some chapter. I just want to get out of these early chapters where Tsuna is suffering for nothing. I don't even know why I'm writing this, I'm just writing what's coming out of my fingers, lol.
