Great chapter Mr Weismann. Victor's plans would really do the world good. Bringing all the continents back together into the one supercontinent and uniting all the people would be an awesome thing. Just one issue with the language barrier how are they all going to learn each other's languages or are they all going to come up with one new language that everybody can understand.
