Honestly I think he'll be able to do something similar to what he did before by changing vampires lineage from him to Vlad. Although I'm not sure now that I think about it. He would have to change their very existence instead of just their bloodline so maybe it'll only be possible when the wives embrace their concepts and become gods and perform a soul marriage.

As much as Vlad claims to hate Victor I feel like he smiles way more when interacting with. Not to mention with Victor he'd have no relationship with Ophis.
