I've gotta say, I'm legit suprised at how well this book turned out. Considering the fact that i read the whole thing within the slan of two sleepless nights... The difference between the first few chaps and these last few ones is rather obvious. What started off as useless filler extras are now likeable characters, what was a bland and generic world has now caught my interest with it's uniqueness... The main character began as lame and is now not lame... I'm impressed, typically, books on webnovel start bad and stay bad, but it's turning out pretty good. If author keeps it up maybe we'll have a cool long running piece akin to supreme magus.

I hope his recruiting makes more sense this time around. I didn’t find his recruiting of his mercenary group entertaining at all plus the fact that the monolith is the only really bad guy in his scenario. The way the Union sees it, to not start a war for the price of a single human was a pretty worth while. I just don’t even see how you can blame them. I get you saved a bunch of S rankers but to make a successful organization you’ll need to make those hard decisions. So I don’t really see how Ren will be able to convince anybody to betray the union. At most I can see them willing to be informants excluding Kevin. That dude would probably agree in a heartbeat.
