Great chapter!! I think these last couple chapters with Tina are my favorite so far. I am seeing the possibility of Trisha moving in to the second bedroom and sharing (she does have limited funding and it would be 2 girls sharing an apartment owned by her to be Grandparents)...sounds good for both of them...
