Author he's a dragon and dragon is good at magic he should have magic manipulation and a skill to feel magic from birth allowing him to control magic since he's a dragon. Also if you read fantasy or cultivation novel he don't need wind to propel the spell after all mana can be controlled from far away like in the fantasy novels like how an archer control his arrow's to make them curve or something like that or how they can change the trajectory of a fireball if they control the mana from afar that's why a strong magician can forcibly control other people's spell as long as he has better control than the other or greater mana and he's a dragon even if he's just a baby he should be able to do it with a little hardwork and not suffer like this.[img=recommend]
