Hmm so Fragment approval, soul purity, Blood Manipulation, maybe Regeneration (maybe it's been regenerating his body if it was breaking?), and maybe the Lightning Movement fruit (idk how this would be a factor but I feel like it might)? I feel like his abnormal requirements are part of Sirius's trial, or at least an additional challenge for getting approval before the Soul Record. I wonder what would happen if Bai Zemin got a flesh manipulation or bone manipulation skill. In theory both of those should increase the strength of his body passively like Blood Manipulation does and thus maybe increase how powerful his skills will become after evolving them.
