Never hated Rias, even for being lazy. But I strongly disliked how she placed those who she cared about most in between her and her enemies when she had the potential to be one of the strongest devils. That and how she got upset by Issie calling her buchou instead of Rias in the anime. It is Japan, the land of polite speach and honorifics. If you want someone to refer to you differently, tell them.
