Shouldn't Fujin try to learn More Lighting, Earth & Fire Release Jutsus? or Improve his Water-Affinity? Won't it make sense for Fujin to request Hiruzen to teach him Rasengan & then create Rasenshuriken? or Improve his Medical Ninjutsu to such an extent that he can use Chakra-Scalpel, Chakra Absorption & Yin-Healing would Destruction? For Taijutsu, shouldn't Fujin request guidance from Master-Chen?
