There are also many other things the organisation can help him, from small stuff like funds to larger ones like eliminating someone who is a threat to fuijin but he cant act himself. And most importantly, it makes the plot better.... Overall, Ithink Fuijin is being real and not dark.

Yes, most stories i have read have OCs who are not well written or have depth making me feel like the new characters were not a good idea. This on tho is one of the few which make the new characters good and make the story better.
